Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with ureiklin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study from July 2014 to October 2016 in Department of Neurology,the People's Hospital of Songxian.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) treated with edaravone combined with irrecline;the control group (n =36) was treated with routine comprehensive therapy,and the clinical efficacy and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.4％ in the treatment group and 77.8％ higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the treatment group and the control group (P＞0.0)5).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.01).The average quality of life score was 90.1 ± 1.4 in the treatment group,which was higher than that in the control group (76.3 ± 4.7,P ＜0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with ureiklin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective and can improve its neurological function.关键词
