Determining Acteoside and Echinacoside of Cistanche Tubulosa
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To build the method of determination (efficacy component sacteoside and echinacoside) in Cistanehe Tubulosa by high-performance liquid chromatography.To compare the main component content in two habitats,four hosts and four batches in Cistanche tubulosa.To provide the scientific evidence for utilization the sorts of Cistanche Tubulosa.Methods:Using Kromasil C18 (4.6 mim×250 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column;Mobile phase:methanol,acetonitrile-1％ acetic acid (14:9:77);Flow rate:1.0mL·min-1;Detection wavelength of 334 nm;Column temperature was 30 ℃ Results:Two components had good linear range of standard curve in the test (r=0.999,9).The average recovery rate is 96.89％ and 100.7％,and RSD％ was 0.91％ and 1.96％.The results of analysis showed that there was significantly difference among main efficacy components content (sacteoside and echinacoside) in different regions,batches and host in Cistanche tubulosa.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It provides experimental basis for medic inal value of Cistanche tubulosa.关键词
