《中国药典》方法比较青翘、老翘中连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量
To Compare the Content of Phillyrin and Forsythoside A in Green and Grown Fructus Forsythiae with Detection Method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia

Abstract
Objective:To determine the contents of phillyrin and forsythiaside green and grown Fruetus Forsythiae with detection method in Pharmacopoeia,and lay the foundation of further research on its quality standard.Methods:The content of Forsythin (C~H~O11) and Forsythoside A (C29H36O15) was performed by HPLC with wavelength at 277 nm and 330 nm.Results:The linear detection concentration range of phillyrin and forsythiaside was scientific and feasible in 0.22-4.40 μg and 0.108-2.16 μg respectively.The average recovery rate was 100.04％ and 98.84％,with RSD was 2.12％ and 1.97％ respectively.Conclusion:The content of Phillyrin and Forsythoside A had significant difference in green fructus forsythiae and grown fructus forsythiae.关键词
