Optimization of Extraction Technology of Jiawei Xuezhongjie (加味血肿解)by Small Intestine Propulsion Dynamics Test Combined with Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction process of Jiawei Xuezhongjie.Methods:Small Intestine Propulsion Dynamics Test was used to compare decoction and Steam distillation.With composite score of contents of J Rhein and Chrysophanol,yield of extract as index,orthogonal test was designed to optiminze extraction technology by taking solvent consumption,extracting time and times as factors.Results:Decoction was adopted optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extracted twice with eight times the water for 2 h each time.Conclusion:The extraction process was reasonable,simple and affordable,which was suitable for industrial production of Jiawei Xuezhongjie.关键词
