蛹虫草口服液提取工艺的研究
Study on the Extraction Technology of Yongchongcao Oral Liquid（蛹虫草口服液）
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide in Yongchongcao Oral Liquid.Metods:The study applied the orthogonal test to discusse the influences of temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on extraction yield of polysaccharide in Yongchongcao oral liquid.Results:The optimal extraction condition was extraction temperature of 100 ℃,extraction time of 2 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 (g/mL)and extracted three times.Under the optimal extraction condition,the extracting rate of polysaceharide in Yongchongcao oral liquid is 2.781％.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technique with better repeatability is stable,which can provide the reference for the production of Yongchongcao Oral Liquid.关键词
