紫黄生肌膏对肛瘘切除术后创面愈合影响的临床研究
Clinical Study of the Effects of Zihuang Shengji Plaster（紫黄生肌膏）to Wound Healing of Patients after Operation of Anal Fistula
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Zihuang Shengji Plaster on wound healing time,pain of wound surface after operation of anal fistula.Methods:Accord with meeting the inclusion criteria of anal fistula,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 30 cases in treatment group were given Zihuang Shengji Plaster with the anorectal after surgical dressing change,and the 30 cases in control group were given Kangfuxin Liquid after drugs and dressing.The wound pain,wound healing time and wound healing rate were recorded in two groups after 1,7,14 and 21 days.Results:In comparison with the control group,the wound healing rate showed statistical significance in treatment group at 7th,14th and 21th day in the treatment group,and the wound pain,wound healing time showed statistical significance in treatment group (P＜0.05) at 7th and 14th day.Conclusions:Zizhu Shengji Plaster can significantly reduce postoperative wound pain,promote wound healing,and shorten wound healing time.关键词
