桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘临床疗效的Meta分析
Systematic Review of Guizhi Houpo Xingzi Decoction(桂枝加厚朴杏子汤，GZHPXZD) in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma: A Meta Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety Guizhi Houpo Xingzi Decoction on cough variant asthma.Methods:Computer retrieval databases such as PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CMB database,Wanfang database,CNKI database,VIP database and manual retrieval of Guizhi Houpo Xingzi Decoction in the treatment of randomized controlled trials of cough variant asthma.After the quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literatures,the RevMan software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 6 studies were included;6 studies showed statistical heterogeneity (P=0.05,I2=55％),and random effect model was selected to summary,RR=1.24,95％ (CI 1.11,1.40),P=0.000,2,with statistical difference.Conclusion:Systematic review results indicate that Guizhi Houpo Xingzi Decoction showed a certain effect on cough variant asthma.However,the limited number of studies included and the low quality of the literature affected the strength of the evidence and more high-quality randomized controlled trials are required to produce higher strength evidence.关键词
