摘要

Abstract

Space systems engineering theory and methods are used to improve the manage-ment,working procedures and tools of spacecraft integration test,which is accomplished by systematically identifying the elements of ability enhancement.Under certain resources,time and cost constraints, a series of exploration and practice on specialization test mode of spacecraft are carried out, such as test process reengineering, test resources optimization configuration,and test organization model innovation.A pipeline group batch test mode for the batch production spacecraft is set up, and a specialization cluster test mode for new complex spacecraft is established.The unified spacecraft automated test platform,test case library,test process library and test failure mode library have been built,which realizes the"one-click"automated test, fine decomposition of test task, dynamic configuration of test re-sources and fine control of test risk.The specialization test mode not only ensures the quality and safety,but also solves the prominent contradiction between the growing peak test task requirements and relative limited test resources,which can provide a reference for other test project.
