Abstract
With the development of digitalization infrared detectors, in order to satisfy the need of spectral response test, the traditional theory of a monochrome-instrument was adopted for the Cameralink bus image data transmission scheme. This principle was then used to develop a spectral response curves test system for digitalization infrared detectors with the help of LabVIEW. Results showed that the advantages of the system were a simple structure with a strong capacity of resisting disturbance and enabling a precise test. This solved the problem of traditional spectral measurement instruments being unable to test infrared detector digitalization.关键词
