A Lithophane Model Generation Method Based on Gray-scale Compression
摘要
Abstract
During the generation of lithophane digital model,a simple operation would lead to the production of low quality models,while high-quality models require complicated ways of generation.In order to address this conflict,an image enhancement method is put forward based on gray level compression.Users can effectively enhance the imaging effects of lithophane digital models by making a simple configuration.In addition,the optimal print thickness for special 3D printing material is determined through experiments.In contrast with existing model generation methods,the proposed method has more advantages in the final modeling effects and the simplicity of operation,which can effectively solve the conflict between low quality and complicated ways of generation.关键词
