Kinetics Mechanism and Influencing Factors of Phosphorus Adsorption by Aluminum Sludge

Abstract
The kinetics characteristics, isothermality and main influencing factors of phosphorus adsorption by aluminum sludge were studied.It was obtained that:the adsorption of aluminum sludge to phosphorus in water accorded with Langmuir equa-tion and Freundlich equation; Langmuir equation had better simulative effects , and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 1.3194 mg/g.The result of adsorption kinetics indicated that the granted second-order kinetics had a better simulative effect ( R2>0.98) .Among 4 factors, the particle size of aluminum sludge had the greatest influence on the phosphorus adsorption , fol-lowed by the rotate speed, pH-value of solution, and temperature in order.When the particle size of aluminum sludge was less than 0.15 mm, the temperature was 30℃, the pH-value of solution was 7, and the rotate speed was 120 r/min, the phosphorus adsorption capacity was the highest, being 1.28270 g/L.关键词
