摘要

Abstract

The kinetics characteristics, isothermality and main influencing factors of phosphorus adsorption by aluminum sludge were studied.It was obtained that:the adsorption of aluminum sludge to phosphorus in water accorded with Langmuir equa-tion and Freundlich equation; Langmuir equation had better simulative effects , and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 1.3194 mg/g.The result of adsorption kinetics indicated that the granted second-order kinetics had a better simulative effect ( R2>0.98) .Among 4 factors, the particle size of aluminum sludge had the greatest influence on the phosphorus adsorption , fol-lowed by the rotate speed, pH-value of solution, and temperature in order.When the particle size of aluminum sludge was less than 0.15 mm, the temperature was 30℃, the pH-value of solution was 7, and the rotate speed was 120 r/min, the phosphorus adsorption capacity was the highest, being 1.28270 g/L.
