Abstract
Through referring to the previous literature, conducting field surveys in rural areas, and consulting the relevant ex-perts, this paper introduced the 4 dimensions of the balanced scorecard to design the performance evaluation indexes for the grass-roots agricultural technology extension staffs, and used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index , finally constructed a performance evaluation index system , hoping to provide reference for the performance appraisal of grass-roots agri-cultural technology extension staffs.关键词
