Abstract
High-purity quartz was the materials for preparing optical fiber,quartz crucible,large diameter quartz tube,single crystal and polycrystalline silicon,thus it had great influence on optical fiber communication,photovoltaic,functional ceramics,electronics,aerospace and other high-tech industries.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the preparing technology of high-purity quartz in China,this paper expounded the basic information of high-purity quartz,and gave an overview of the status of the preparing technology,and there was put forward some scientific suggestions.关键词
