摘要

Abstract

Through exploring mineral processing technology and researching technical mineralogy of a fluorite-barite Ore from Chong Qing,a process of gravity concentration-flotation was chosen and an open-circuit flowsheet was optimized based on the special nature of the ore. Through the gravity concentration process dividing into two size fractions,the grade of barite (BaSO4) concentrate is 93.44% and the recovery of barite (BaSO4) is 87.88 %;through the flotation process on regrinding the gravity of fluorite ore,the grade of fluorite (CaF2)concentrate is 97.13 %,the recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 69.56% and the comprehensive recovery of fluorite(CaF2) is 62.83% o Results indicate that gravity concentration-flotation process is suitable for the processing of this ore and satisfying effect can be obtained.
