摘要

Abstract

The effect of a direct grinding after acid leaching on the grinding efficiency and the phosphorus removal rate of oolitic hematite from western Hubei Province was studied and the mechanism of it was analyzed.The results show that under the condition of leaching time was 50min,the amount of hydrochloric of 5%,liquid solid ratio of 50%,the percentages of grinding product with size fractions of-0.038 mm was increased by 19.3 %,iron concentrate with grade of 60.44% and P content of 0.19% could obtained through simple magnetic separation process,the valuable single mineral of oolitic hematite was easy to liberate.
