钼尾矿免蒸压加气混凝土的试验研究
Experimental Study on Non-autoclaved Aerated Concrete from Molybdenum Tailings

Abstract
The effect of molybdenum,cement,lime and slag on properties of autoclaved aerated concrete was studied by non-autoclaved process.The results show that with increasing of cement additon,the compressive strength of aerated concrete are increasing.With lime addition increased,the compressive strength of aerated concrete is firstly increasing and then decreasing.The dry density are all firstly decreasing and then increasing.The compressive strength of aerated concrete is obviously improved by the slag,but the dry density is increased.The best raw material rate is (molybdenum tailings:slag:cement:lime:plaster) =(40 ∶ 25 ∶ 10 ∶ 22 ∶ 3),and the addition of Al powder is 0.06%,and the ratio of water to material is 0.6.The compressive strength of aerated concrete is 3.12 MPa,and the dry density is 660 kg/m3.关键词
