粉煤灰在熔融NaOH体系中的脱硅过程研究
Study on Desilication Process of Fly Ash in Molten NaOH System
摘要
Abstract
Based on the composition of fly ash,the desilication process of fly ash in molten NaOH system was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and alkali to ore ratio on desilication rate of SiO2 in fly ash were investigated.The composition and structure of leaching residue were detected by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the optimal desilication experimental conditions of fly ash in molten NaOH were obtained with the reaction temperature of 450℃,reaction time of 90min and alkali to ore ratio of 5 ∶ 1.The results of plentiful repeated experiments showed that the desilication rate of SiO2 achieves 96.50% under the optimum conditions.The results of XRD analysis showed that the reaction of SiO2 with NaOH was gradually complete with the extended of reaction time.关键词
