Abstract
In order to avoid the use of partition between combing workshop and adjacent drawing & roving workshop which was affected workshop environment and semi-finished product transportation,low-speed thick airflow air curtain was adopted to separate the different process.Temperature & humidity zone division control at different area of workshop was realized.Horizontal division effect of low-speed thick airflow air curtain on the relative humidity of combing and drawing & roving workshop was tested by numerical simulation and empirical formula calculation & analyses.The results show that division effect of temperature & humidity between two workshops is better when nozzle width of air curtain is 0.04 m,nozzle column width is 0.3 m and nozzle speed is 5 m/s.It is considered that using low-speed airflow air curtain to divide different workshop and optimizing the relevant parameter of air curtain,the partition can be replace with air curtain to realize the relative humidity respectively control between workshops or areas.It can obtain the control effect meeting technology requirement.关键词
