Development of Modal Chitin Fiber Air-jet Vortex Blended Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Production technology of modal chitin fiber air-jet vortex blended yarn was discussed.Property of modal,chitin fiber and viscose was tested and compared.The role of fiber breaking intensity,dynamic friction factor and static friction factor in spinning process was analyzed.According to property of modal and chitin fiber,measures were designed and adopted like shorter-process,lower-speed,more opening & less beating,blending fully,bigger gauge,less weight,odd number norm,proper nozzle air pressure and less spinning speed.Finally modal/chitin fiber 70/30 18.4 tex air-jet vortex blended yarn was developed successfully and had better yarn quality which had antibacterial property,softness and comfort.It is considered that blending with modal,spinning ability of chitin fiber can be improved in air-jet vortex spinning machine.关键词
