Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of feed-forward control in process management of assistant examinations for hospitalized patients. Methods Problems and patients' complaint of and requirements for assistant examinations were recorded before feed-forward control was applied including setting up a feed-forward control group ,consulting relevant literatures, investigating the current situation of assistant examinations in different hospitals in Zhejiang province, training and assessment for nurses, preparing the registration sheet, setting up examination information board in the department, educating patients about the meaning, side effect and preparation before the examination and assessing patients ' condition after it. In addition, patients could do bedside examinations such as DCG. Results The incidence of adverse events and failure to complete the examination was significantly reduced and less interruption of nurses' working due to doing examinations occurred. Conclusion Feed-forward control in the process management of hospitalized patients' assistant examinations could guarantee patients security, complete the examinations in time and increase nursing efficiency.关键词
