腹部联合肛周穴位按摩预防重症脑卒中大便失禁患者失禁性皮炎的效果观察
Effects of Abdominal and Crissum Acupoint Massage in Preventing Incontinence-associated Dermatitis in Patients with Severe Stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of abdominal and crissum acupoint massage on promoting patients ' regular and concentrated defecation to prevent incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) in patients with severe stroke. Methods Sixty patients with severe stroke in ICU from February to December in 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing while observation group additionally abdominal and crissum acupoint massage for seven consecutive days and twice per day. The incidence rate, occurrence time and severity of IAD were compared between two groups after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the incidence rate of IAD of observation group was 13%;occurrence time 4.68±0.89 days and IAD severity score 4.07±0.85. All the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal and crissum acupoint massage can reduce the incidence and severity of IAD in patients with severe stroke and it can effectively prevent the occurrence and progression of IAD.关键词
