乳腺癌化疗患者对延续护理App功能的需求调查
Needs for Primary Function of Applications Pertinent to Extended Nursing in Breast Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the needs for the primary function of applications pertinent to extending nursing in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy, to investigate the prospect of the applications and to provide guidance for the development of the applications. Methods A self-developed questionnaire on the awareness of mobile health applications and patients ' need for primary function of applications pertinent to extended nursing was used to investigate 652 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in a Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital. Results Age but not education background exerted influence on the awareness of mobile health applications and it indicated statistical significance(P<0.05)and the younger the age, the higher degree of the awareness (P<0.05, P<0.01). Making appointments for return visit (97.4%) topped the needs of patients for primary function of the application pertinent to extending nursing, followed by consultation of the diseases (96.3%), follow-up for the prognosis (95.9%), reminder for return visit (94.6%), rehabilitation guidance (92.3%), nursing service (91.7%), interaction (91.4%), medication guidance (87.9%) and health information (87.3%). Conclusion Breast cancer patients with chemotherapy have higher awareness of mobile health applications. Applications pertinent to extended nursing enjoys good prospect and it can innovate nursing mode to meet the needs of patients.关键词
