COPD肺肾气虚证患者穴位贴敷最佳时长的研究
Suitable Application Time of Acupoint Sticking for COPD Patients with QI Deficiency Type of Lung and Kidney

Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of different lengths of time of acupoint sticking of dog-days paste on skin irritation, pulmonary function, clinical symptom score and BODE index in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of QI deficiency type of lung and kidney, to find out the best duration of acupoint sticking and to provide clinical basis for the efficacy and safety of acupoint sticking. Methods Sixty-eight cases of COPD patients of QI deficiency type of lung and kidney were randomly divided into group A with 4h acupoint sticking of dog-days paste and group B with 6h. The changes of skin reaction, pulmonary function and clinical symptom score and BODE index in 2 groups were observed before and after acupoint application. Results Pulmonary function in 2 groups had no significant difference before and after the intervention ( P>0.05) but the score of skin reaction and clinical symptom and BODE index in group A were lower than those in group B and there was significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking of dog-days paste with 4 h has less influence on patients ' skin and better clinical efficiency.关键词
