2007-2016年我国压疮发生危险因素研究的文献计量分析
Biliometric Analysis of Literatures on Risk Factors of Pressure Ulcer in China from 2007 to 2016

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of researches on risk factors of pressure ulcers, and to provide reference for future studies. Methods Articles about the risk factors of pressure ulcer in recent 10 years were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang database, and were analyzed systematically. Results Totally 334 literatures in 142 journals were included and only 34 (10.2%) of them were supported by the research funds. The research method was mainly experience summary, followed by case-control study and the subjects were mainly surgical patients. The highest incidence of pressure ulcers was found in ICU patients (25.3%) and there are 19 high-frequency risk factors. Conclusion The assessment of risk factors of pressure ulcer has become an important measure for the prevention of pressure ulcers, but clinical nursing staff lack high quality literatures regarding to the risk factors of pressure ulcer to provide evidence-based reference for pressure ulcer prevention.关键词
