子午流注二子散腹部热熨对妇科开腹术后患者胃肠功能的影响
Effect of Hot Compress on Abdomen Based on Midnight-noon Ebb-flow on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Abdominal Operation in Gynecology Department

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hot compress on abdomen based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory on gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal operation in gynecology department. Methods With convenient sampling, patients with abdominal operation in gynecology department from December 2015 to December 2016 were divided into hot compress on abdomen based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory group (group A), hot compress on abdomen group (group B) and routine nursing group (group C), with 50 cases in each group. Patients in group C received guidance for the activity and diet;those in group B hot compress with Erzisan on abdomen from 7:00 to 9:00 or 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning and those in group C only hot compress with Erzisan on abdomen. Time of resuming peristaltic sound, the first time of postoperative flatus and bowel movement in 3 groups were compared. Results Time of resuming peristaltic sound, the first time of postoperative flatus and bowel movement in 3 groups all showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Group A witnessed the earliest time of resuming peristaltic sound, postoperative flatus and bowel movement, followed by group B and group C(P<0.05). Group A witnessed the earliest time of resuming peristaltic sound, postoperative flatus and bowel movement, followed by group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Hot compress on abdomen based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory is effective for the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal operation in gynecology department.关键词
