Theo van der Voordt is well experienced in architectural programming in both theoretical and practical field. After retiring from the Faculty of Architecture in TU Delft, he began his research in the Center for People and Buildings, where he gained an abundant first-hand resource of buildings evaluations through years of POE practice.
