摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the convolution flow structure near the nozzle,the effects of electro-static voltages on convolution flow form,development and the aggrandizement of SO2 mass transfer were discussed. PIV technology was employed to measure and analyze the convolution flow near the nozzle under different voltages,and the velocity vectorgraph,nephogram and streamline were obtained,and the test on SO2 removal mass transfer was also made. The experimental results indicate that the convo-lution flow structure has existed in the electrostatic jet flow brim and the main jet flow section change is inconspicuous with voltages adding. Electrical filed intensity has been enhanced and the droplets con-volution flow was picked up with the electrostatic voltages adding. The convolution flow structure could quicken the gas mix into the main jet flow,and enhanced the droplets absorbency. It is an importantfactor to form complicated eddy current for the electrostatic spray. An increment of 5% - 10% in SO2 removal is obtained by charged spray.
