Abstract
The origin,development,technical features and the application as functional materials in cosmetic industry of bi -directional fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized. At the same time,its application superiority advantages and existing problems in cosmetics industry were discussed. The bi - directional fermentation technology of traditional Chinese medicine in combining with modern fermentation techniques,will provide us with a new idea for the development of cosmetics with unique Chinese characteristics.关键词
