Management Mode and Dynamic Mechanism of Chinese Table Tennis Team' Compound Training Team

Abstract
By the methods of literatures reading,experts interviewing,and experiences summarizing,the management model and operating mechanism of Chinese table tennis team'compound training team was studied.The main findings were as followings:Firstly,Chinese table tennis team'compound training team is a team committee under the leadership of the general manager responsibility system,and the division of labor and the responsibilities are clear,and the operation is smooth.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism of Chinese table tennis team'compound training team comes from the traction of the team goal,the competition pressure of the major events,the inner tension of team integration efficiency,the support of modern science and technology,and the driver of effective organization and management.This study hope to rich the theoretical system of table tennis as well as give some practical reference to the team building of the other competitive sports team.关键词
