Abstract
Globalization is shaping a new urban area and the international cities are emerging.The study of the theory of the urban internationalization at home and abroad,experienced a different paradigm evolution,also formed many evaluation index,and the Global Cities Index (GCI) is internationally recognized international evaluation system,which contains five evaluation dimensions:the commercial activity,human capital,information and communication,cultural experience and political participation.According to the analysis of this evaluation system,Hangzhou international development can be divided into three stages,which now is in the accelerating stage of development.Compared with cities at home and abroad,it has such obvious gaps in multinational companies,airport passenger throughput,international schools,cultural venues and international organizations,and so should explore suitable construction path for the urban internationalization of Hangzhou in the international emerging industries,international flighting,international talents cultivation,cultural influence and the international politics.关键词
