Abstract
In the first year of planning of the 13th Five-Year",the Chinese governmentpromoteactively"the power of science and technology,science and technology innovation" of the guide policy for scientific research.The ratio R&D investment in China from 2.2％ up to 2.5％ between the 12th five-year period and the 13th five-year period.At the same time,the investment increase in scientific research,but the problems existing in the scientific research management also appear constantly,such as unscientific budget planning,illegal to obtain funding and so on.The emergence of these problems became challenges for the management of the college scientific research fund.how to improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds,to prevent corruption in the field of scientific research has become a national and social hot issues concerned.In order to constantly improve the management level for the funding of scientific research in colleges and universities,from the problems existing in the management of the college scientific research,this article puts forward some messures,such as making resonable research budget planning,to strengthen the audit of funding,establishing scientific research project information sharing platform.关键词
