Design of Roundness Inspection System for Runner Chamber of Hydraulic Turbine
摘要
Abstract
The detection of runner chamber shape is a key to the overhaul of hydraulic turbine unit.Aiming to the problems in runner chamber inspection,a roundness measurement system based on the technological requirement of inspection is designed,and the three-dimensional model is established.Through static analysis and modal analysis of the structure with finite element software,the deformation,equivalent stress and the first six-order nature frequency and vibration models of structure are obtained.The finite element analysis and the application of the system in Sanmenxia Hydropower Station show that the inspection system has good vibration resistance and mechanical performance,high precision and safe reliable operation,and it can realize the purpose of accurate detection for runner chamber shape.关键词
