Abstract
It reviewed controversial issues such as the different requirements of cephalosporins at home and abroad,the mechanism of allergic reactions and the need for domestic clinical application of cephalosporins skin test,skin test solution selection,skin test solution concentration,skin test solution preparation steps,injection methods,puncture sites and the results judgement in order to provide a basis for the health administrative departments to develop a scientific,strong reference and practical authoritative application guide.关键词
