应用德尔菲法构建胃肠手术后消化道瘘临床观察评价体系
Establishment of clinical observation and evaluation system of digestive tract fistula after gastrointestinal surgery by Delphi method

Abstract
Objective:To establish the clinical observation and evaluation system of digestive tract fistula after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:Using the Delphi method,20 experts of specialized clinical medicine and clinical nursing were applied two rounds correspondence by letter of three level of first-class hospitals in Beijing.Results:The effective rates of two rounds of questionaires were 86.96％ and 100.00％0.Expert authority coefficient was 0.83.Coordination of expert opinions was good.The clinical observation and evaluation system of gastrointestinal fistula after gastrointestinal surgery included observation of vital signs,chills and mental condition,observation of abdominal symptoms and signs,observation of abdominal drainage fluid,general condition of patients,laboratory and auxiliary examination 5 entries 25 items.Conclusions:The clinical observation and evaluation system of gastrointestinal tract fistula after gastrointestinal surgery could help the medical staff to observe the complications of gastrointestinal surgery and improve the safety of the patients.关键词
