国际老年人心理护理研究现状和热点分析
Research status quo and hotspot analysis of psychological nursing for elderly in the world
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status quo and hotspot trend ot psychological nursing for the elderly at home and abroad.Methods:Related psychological nursing research for the elderly in Web of Science database were retrieved,Citespace and HistCite visual analysis software were used to analyze the retrieval results.Results:From 1990 to 2016,there were 4 084 articles related to psychological nursing for the elderly,and the volume of published documents showed an increasing trend year by year;A total of 86 countries participated in the study,and the United States was at a leading position in the research level and institutional distribution;The research hotspots focused on the elderly and aging,depression,stress and other psychological symptoms and risk factors,psychological nursing assessment tools for the elderly and related research methods,future research trends tended to be depressive,hospitalized elderly,congestive heart failure,women,religious beliefs,and mental weakness.Conclusions:It was suggested that starting from the hot spots and frontiers of this study,to track and analyze the psychological nursing research for the elderly at home and abroad and to try and explore effective psychological nursing intervention program to improve the mental health level of the elderly population.关键词
