基于SMART原则构建ICU专科护士延续认证指标体系
Construction of continuous certification index system for ICU professional nurses based on SMART principle

Abstract
Objective:To construct a continuous certification index system for ICU specialist nurses based on SMART principles.Methods:On the basis of literature review,follow the principle of SMART,Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to carry out three rounds of expert consultation from 30 experts from different fields to determine the indicators and weights of ICU specialist nurses'continuous certification index system.Results:3 rounds of questionnaire recovery rate were 93.33％,89.29％ and 100.00％,the expert authority coefficient was greater than 0.75,the coefficient of variation of each index was less than 0.25.ICU professional nurses continuous certification and evaluation index system was preliminary constructed including practical ability,professional knowledge,personal basic situation evaluation,professional attitude,professional development ability,the overall quality of the individual 6 first level indexes and 22 level two indexes and 54 level three indexes.Conclusions:The ICU professional nurses continuous certification and evaluation index system could be used for continuous certification of ICU specialist nurses in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.关键词
