Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing centered on husband and wife on improuing the body image of breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 40 cases.In the control group,routine nursing was used.The intervention group implemented continuous nursing centered on husband and wife on the basis of routine nursing.The changes in body image were compared before,after intervention,and at 3 months after intervention.Resuits:At the end of the intervention,the intervention group adjusted the body image and the total score of 32.628±4.928.The total score of the intervention group was 32.875±5.295 after 3 months of intervention,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (28.273±44.284,29.593±4.992),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was an interaction between the patient's sexual regulation and the body image scale and the time factor of each dimension score and the intervention factor(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing centered on husband and wife helped to improve the body image level of breast cancer patients.关键词
