摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the crorelation factors of asympomatic hypoglycemic in hospitalized diabetic patitents.Methods:The age,body mass index,diabetes course and complications of 147 diabetic patients who occured low blood glucose during hospitalization were collected,in order to analysis the correlation factors of asyptomatic hypoglycemia.Results:85.7％ of 147 hypoglycemic patients had no sympotom related hypoglycemia;With the onset of hypoglycemia,the mean decrease of capillary blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting C peptide showed a decreasing trend.The regression analysis showed that glycosylated hemoglobin was the independent risk factor of asymptomatic hypoglycemia(OR=1.464,95 ％CI 1.14～ 1.89).Conclusions:As for poor islet function and strict blood glucose control diabetic patients,it should increase the monitoring frequency of blood glucose and develop individualized treatment,in order to precisely and smoothly control blood glucose,to reduce the incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia as far as possible.关键词
