Influence of empathy nursing on CT simulated localization of postoperative radiotherapy for laryngeal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of empathy nursing on CT simulated localization of postoperative radiotherapy for laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 200 cases of laryngeal cancer after radio therapy from June 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups randomly 100 cases each.Patients in control group received routine tumor radiotherapy,and patients in the observation group were given empathy nursing intervention on the basis of that.Then physiological indexes (heart rate,blood pressure),location discomfort,satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared before radiotherapy CT simulated localization.Result:The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was(135.74±5.73),and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group was(117.11 ± 8.92),there was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in heart rate,blood pressure and location of discomfort between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Empathy nursing could improve the CT simulation location effect and satisfaction degree of patients with postoperative radiotherapy for laryngeal cancer.关键词
