多学科团队协作护理在3D打印辅助脊柱外科手术病人中的应用研究
Application of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing in patients undergoing spinal surgery assisted by 3D printing

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing in patients undergoing spinal surgery assisted by 3D printing.Methods:A total of 121 patients accepted 3D printing for spinal surgery were selected and were randomly divided into a control group of 63 cases and an observation group of 58 cases,Patients in control group were given conventional nursing mode,and patients in observation group received multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing model,Then compliance behavior,patient satisfaction degress and nursing quality were evaluated 3 months after the operation.Results:Treatment compliance behaviors in observation group after 3 months including smoking cessation wine(91.4％),return on time(93.1％),functional exercise(94.8 ％),reasonable diet (91.4 ％),reasonable exercise (93.1％) were higher than that in control group including smoking cessation wine(65.1％),return on time(61.9 ％),functional exercise(60.3 ％),reasonable diet(57.1％) and reasonable exercise(55.6 ％);The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group(99.7％) was higher than that of the control group(92.4％);The basic nursing rate of nursing quality (98.3 ％),the rate of qualified nursing(94.8 ％),the passing rate of nursing documents(93.1％) and the awareness rate of health education(96.6％)were higher than those in control group of basic nursing(87.3％),the rate of qualified nursing(82.5％),the passing rate of nursing documents(81.0％) and the awareness rate of health education(85.7％),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Multidisciplinary team nursing could improve the quality of nursing,compliance and satisfaction of patients undergoing 3D assisted spinal surgery,and promote their rehabilitation.关键词
