外源硫化氢处理对番茄生长发育的影响
The effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide on growth and development in tomato

Abstract
[Objective]As the third gasotransmitter,the significant roles of hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S)in the process of growing development and signal transduction were accredited.[Methods]Using MicroTom as the materials,the influ-ences of different concentrations of H 2 S (0,10,50,100,500,1000 μmol·L-1 )and its biosynthesis inhibitor HA;the effects of H 2 S treatment on growth and development in two method (3 h·d-1 or 6 h·2 d-1 )were tested,with the pur-pose of acquiring the result of seedling growing and photosynthesis.[Results]The result indicated that 50 μmol·L-1 H 2 S treatment could markedly accelerate seed germination and hypocotyl length;generally extend the lifecycle of toma-to and increase the photosynthesis of leaves;and significantly enhance the degree of H 2 S synthesis,increasing its con-tent.The situations above could be related to the change of LCD expression level,which was a kind of H 2 S synthesis enzyme genes.[Conclusion]Exogenous H 2 S treatment could successfully influence the growing and photosynthetic abil-ities of tomato,with a higher level of endogenous H 2 S biosynthesis.关键词
