摘要

Abstract

Flavonoid is one of major bioactive components in Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.In this study,the conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids fromHypericum attenuatum Choisy were optimized with the methods of single factor and response surface to explore the application value ofHypericum attenuatum Choisy.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from Hypericum attenuatum Choisy were 500,W ultrasonic power, 60℃ temperature,62%, ethanol concentration,37﹕1,liquid-solid ratio and 32,min extraction time.Under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids fromHypericumattenuatumChoisy was 6.20%,.Its extract exhibited different scavenging ca-pacities on different radicals,and it has better scavenging capacities on DPPH radical with an IC50,value of 322.58,μg/mL and poor scavenging capacities on ABTS radical with the concentration of 10-500,μg/mL.
