Abstract
Taking three typical domestic cars as examples,the peak value consistency of the equivalent radiant power(ERP) and the noise transfer function(NTF)was analyzed and summarized.Sound pressure levels of the driver's right ear and the rear passenger's left ear of three car models A,B and C were analyzed.Non-standard sound pressure levels caused by excita-tions were counted.The ERP of the vital panels of the three models was analyzed at the same excitations.Statistical analysis shows that at the same frequency,more than 50% non-standard NTF peak values are consistent with some panels's ERP peak values.A target value of ERP was proposed.The structure was optimized in models to meet both ERP and NTF standards at the same time.In the early stage of NVH development,especially in the phase of Body in White,this ERP analysis method can help find out problems very soon and shorten the development time.关键词
