柴珠磁龙汤对卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察
Clinical study on the effect of Chaizhu Cilong decoction on post-stroke depression
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Chaizhu Cilong decoction on post-stroke depression and its effect on neurological rehabilitation. [Methods] The 84 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both of groups were given basic treatment. The treatment group was given the Chaizhu Cilong decoction. The control group received the treatment of Deanxit. [Results] The Hamilton Depression Scale scores of treatment group in 4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Chaizhu Cilong decoction is effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression, and it is helpful to improve the function of daily life.关键词
