摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect about Wuwei Xiaodu decoction which washing treatment for dampness-heat type eczema. [Methods] The 28 cases of elderly patients with dampness-heat type eczema in our hospital were treated with Wuwei Xiaodu decoction. The effective rate, recurrence rate and adverse reaction were analyzed. [Results] The total effective rate was 89.3%, followed up for six months. The recurrence rate was 3.6%, no adverse reactions were found. [Conclusion] The clinical curative effect of the drug for elder patients with dampness-heat type eczema is exact, good safety, low recurrence rate, no side effect, and convenient use. It provides new treatment options for elderly patients which suffered from other diseases and could not long-term use of hormone.关键词
