摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyzethe effect of Tuber aestivum,Tuber indicum and Tuber panzhihuanense on the immune function of mice.The three kinds of fresh truffles were made into homogenate.Different doses of truffle homogenate (125 and 2.5 g/kg) were administered once daily for two consecutive weeks,with normal saline as control group.The phagocytosis ability of murine macrophages was detected by neutral phagocytosis test.ConA-induced mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation index was measured by MTT assay.Half-hemolytic value (HC50) was detected after SRBC immunization.The humoral immune function of mice was measured.The results showed that,T.indicum and T.panzhihuanense test group can significantly improve the phagocytosis of macrophage of mice,the low dose of T.panzhihuanensegroup was most significant,and three kinds of truffles significantly enhanced the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes.The best effect of high dose groupwas T.indicum.At the same time the content of serum hemolysin were all substantially improved in mice.The difference between each experimental group was not significant (P < 0.05).The three kinds of fresh truffle homogenates can significantly enhance the immunity of the body,and the comprehensive analysis showed that the high dose group of T.indicumiswas more effective.
