摘要

Abstract

In order to extend the safe, efficient and smooth running cycle of refining device, analysis have been conducted from the aspect of design, manufacturing and application through a large number of literature research and summary of years of equipment running management. It is believed that the damage of heat exchanger is the main factor affecting the long-term operation of equipment while stress corrosion at operation stage is the major reason for the damage of heat exchanger. The main failure is at the junction of tube plate and pipe. Quality control measures have been briefly reviewed for design, manufacturing and application with renovation methods having been put forward for tube failure.
