摘要

Abstract

By applying the theories and methods of reservoir geology and sedimentology,utilizing several observation methods (core observation,slice analysis,scanning electron microscope and X diffraction etc.),on the basis of studying the basic clastic reservoir features of the Paleogene Wenchang Formation,we studied the development con-ditions of the fine reservoirs under low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir conditions. The study result indi-cates:(1)sedimentary process is the basic condition for forming reservoirs,it determines diagenesis types and dia-genesis strength during later period,and the compaction and cementation during early diagenesis are the major fac-tors for worsening reservoir properties;(2)fine reservoirs are mainly controlled by organic acid corrosion,early calcite cementation and tectonic activity;(3)tectonic uplifting can preserve pores;(4)faults are the major path-ways for transporting oil,gas and organic acid;(5)to seek the migration directions of hydrocarbons and organic acid transported by faults and predominant facies belts are the future exploration directions and breakthroughs in this area. This study result is of great significance for guiding future exploration of the study area,and can provide nec-essary reference and geology base for oil and gas exploration in rifted basins in the South China Sea.
