我国工业化建筑领域研究热点及发展趋势
Hotspots and Development Tendency in Industrialized Building in China
摘要
Abstract
Taking 10 key journals in architecture science which are also included in Peking University core periodical catalogue as data source,this paper analyzes the hotspots of industrialized building research from 2006 to 2015 by applying bibliometrics method and co-word analysis method. The main research institution and researchers are identified. The result shows that there are five research hotspots:industries perspective;technology of design,production and construction;practice and application;study on property,quality and cost;industrialization and environment. Most institutions are from university and company. Keywords with high frequency in each hotspot are counted by year, and the trend of evolutionis is analyzed. Finally,the prediction for the future research of industrialized buildingsuch as the reduction of construction cost,the application of BIM in the design and the production phrase are made.关键词
