Impact of Dynamic Capacity on Enterprise Performance of Chinese International Contractors Based on NK Model
摘要
Abstract
The complicated and volatile international contracting market environment poses various challenges for Chinese international contractors to achieve a steady growth of enterprise's performance,which has a significant relationship with the international contractor's dynamic capability. In this paper,through the literature review,five dimensions and their contents for international contractor's dynamic capability are proposed. Based on that,questionnaire survey is used to obtain and collect the relevant data,and then a NK model of the dynamic capabilities for international contractors is established,together with a fitness landscape map by considering the influence under different dimensions of the international contractor's dynamic capability. The results show that making a change in the dimension combination of dynamic capability will lead the contractor's performance to being different accordingly. The international contractors can adjust and build their different dimensions of dynamic capability to seek a path for improving their performance in the complicated international market. The results can provide important reference and support for Chinese international contractors to select the optimal growth path of dynamic capacity in theory and practice.关键词
